Q: I moved into Indore 3 months ago as i got posted here by my company. I have been staying in the company provided guest house as of now near ab road. My wife and kids are coming down in a months time from now. As, obviously, they cannot stay in the company guesthouse, I urgently need some leads on a 2bhk apartment - preferably near recongnised schools and within an apartment complex. Also, since I stay in ab road, I have a fairly decent idea of the locality and hence will be looking at apartments in ab road mostly. Please, suggest some options as this an urgent requirement.
Latest Answer: You can find a 2bhk apartment from 6000 to 2000, depending on your budget. Since you have given a basic clue about what you are looking for you could check out the Silver Springs township or Dream city. Both are gated communities with amenties your family will enjoy. Also, dont worry about the schools as there are plenty around. A good idea would be for you to check out online sites for owners who have posted their properties on those sites. This saves youthe hassle of brokerage fees and helps you find a home faster.

Q: Hey, I am looking forward to investing in a plot of around 4000-6000 sq ft for investment. Can anyone guide me as to which would be the best possible options available?
Latest Answer: You could check out DLF Garden City. They have a few plots available from 2000 - 4000 sq ft. The locality is posh and all the basic amentites are provided. Apart from all that, garden city also has a clubhouse and a world-class school within it's vinicity. The area around the complex is also perfect. There are many shopping complexes and things to do around. Investing here right now would be a good move.

Q: Hello everyone, I have to move to Indore in a month for a company project. My office is near LIG Square, but I have a relative staying in Niranjanpur, and I would like to rent a 1 or a 2 BHK house somewhere around Niranjanpur. Can someone please tell me how much the rent is in this area and about the safety of the area. Thank you.
Latest Answer: Yea that pretty much sums up the rent range here in Niranjanpur. Safety wise, I don’t think you have to worry about anything. There are many residential apartments around here, and are occupied by families. It might not be a very developed neighbourhood, but it’s got all basic amenities like bus stops, schools, parks, restaurants, petrol bunks, etc. The only thing that might require a bit of your time is finding an apartment. You should probably contact an agent to ease out the process. Good luck with your stay in Indore.

Q: I have an apartment in A.B. Road which I’ll be vacating since I’m moving out of the city. What will you suggest I do? Should I sell it or rent it out?
Latest Answer: I think if you’re going to be renting out your place and moving to a different city as well, then you better have a representative in this city, because otherwise it becomes hard to manage your rental property from a different city. You’ll definitely get a good amount for your apartment. Average 2bhk apartments on A.B. Road are rented out at Rs 10 per sq. ft. So assuming your apartment is somewhere around 1000 square feet, you can easily get an earning of Rs 10,000 every month. In case it is fully or semi furnished, you can increase the rent amount to Rs 15,000 every month.
