Infrastructure Facilities in Super Corridor

Q: Can someone tell me why Super Corridor is the most preferred locality in Indore? What sort of infra equips this area and what are all the new projects coming along this corridor?

Hey I have heard that a ISBT is also coming uphere, which will be a intra-state bus stop and around 35% of its land will be developed into a shopping complex for commuters. I think it will be completed sometime in 2016.

With so many upcoming projects and residential apartments coming up in Super Corridor, I think this place will definetly see a rise in the real estate. The prospects here look good for future investement as many of these companies will be starting in the next few years only.

This area is good in terms of connectivity too, it is close to the very close to the airport too, only 5 kms away. and the railway station is only 8 km away. Many bustops are also placed around the locality for intra city travel.

Hey, yes and many new developments like connecting the Super Corridor with the Airport with a 4 lane expressway and construction of a rail over bridge are under going construction. Also, a new international Cricket Stadium is about to come up there.

Super corridor is coming up as an industrial hub in Indore. A lot of commercial establishments are also coming up here fast ... The land price is around 2000 to 2300 per sq ft for apartments and independent houses. The price has seen a steep rise in the last 6 months only, and it is expected to go up.

Apart from software companies, many other good higher education institutions like the Symbiosis Institute of Management and Narsee Monjee Institute Of Management are also coming up here in Super Corridor from 2016. Schools like Kendriya Vidyalaya and National Public school are also in the vicinity.

Super Corridor is one of the upcoming places in Indore. With many important and big IT companies setting up their facilities here, it has become a sought-after area. I think it is the best bet when it comes to investment in Indore right now. Many big companies like TCS and Infosys are having their offices here, and I think this will lead to a lot of software professionals coming to the city.

Hi all,
In terms of housing, the city has over 700 slums and in order to attain the goal of making the city slum-free, a slum rehabilitation policy has been launched. Job creation particularly for the poorer sector and cost maintenance of public services are other important concerns for the city. One of the toughest challenges the city faces is that of traffic congestion with around 22 lakh vehicles on the roads and almost 600 vehicles being added on a daily basis. The most viable solution for this would be to make public transport more popular among citizens.

By Spending Rs. 20 crore, the Indore Municipal Corporation will undertake beautification work of six major roads of the city. This project will be a part of initiative for beautifying the city through short term two year projects under Chief Minister Urban Infrastructure Development Scheme and recently the state government assigned approval for this proposal.

Social infrastructure provisions are very good in Super Corridor. Most of the constructions are at different stages of development but most likely in 2 years they will start giving possession and be for sale. Based on consumer trends it is evident that multi storey apts are a huge hit here, and demand for this is mainly coming from the migrant population. Locals and city dwellers prefer to buy plots and villas as it makes for a noteworthy investment. I've never heard about any civic issues also in this locality. Just goes to show.

Super Corridor bohat acha hai yaar. Property prices went up after all these projects finished development like TCS, Infosys, Symbiosis, and NMIMS. Locality is so close to the airport and the proposed ISBT also. So many developments happening here. Aurobindo multi specialty hospital is a first class hospital here. The fact that super corridor has 8 lanes that are signal free and enjoys great connectivity to Ujjain; the famous religious destination is another big USP of this area. The international level sports stadium coming up here is going to be huge, one of the best in India even. Good luck! :)

Hai. Yes multiple residential housing options are there :) Even price is reasonable. For a 2bhk apt it is costing somewhere between Rs 2300 to Rs 2500 per sq ft. Both furnished and unfurnished apartments are there, and residential plots are available between the price range of Rs 2000 to 2700 per square feet. About 15 to 20 projects of 20 to 25 acre, and many other smaller projects are all coming up in this corridor.

There are also many residential projects coming up in this locality. All kinds of different housing options are there like multi-storey apartments, plots, row houses and villas. Maximum demand is for multi storey apartments with supply being 50%. Second highest demand is for plots and next demand is for row houses and villas. Price negotiation is possible also because supply more or less equates with demand. There's a lot of supply for 2 and 3 bhk apartments, although not many 1 bhk apartments are there in this locality.

Lot of IT companies here. TCS and Infosys have acquired huge land parcels worth 100 acres in super corridor and there are a number of other smaller IT companies who have also invested in this area. Both commercial and residential projects are being undertaken on both sides of super corridor. Even very prestigious colleges like Symbiosis and Narsi Monji Institute of Management Studies are located here. The area is planned for corporate and retail companies to set up their bases here, and has a fast growing population eager for residential housing in this area. This led to the high appreciation rates in this area as well. :)

Hey there. Super Corridor is a great locality in Indore because it has immense potential for development. It's already quite developed actually because of the present infrastructure and commercial developments. Actually Super Corridor itself is a project by Indore Development Authority. It is a 12 km stretch which has a lot of residential apartments and many business operating also. It starts from the airport and ends at vijay square in central Indore. Basically the area is like a commercial hub complete with special economic zones, medical and educational institutions, and IT companies both upcoming and already existing.
