Hello....Gramapanchayat approved apartment

Q: I liked an 8 years old apartment in Horamavu, approved by gramapanchayat and its in fourth floor. Is there approval restriction for gramapanchayath to approve four storied apartment. Thanks in advance for your valuable time and input.

Hello Daksh, Thanks for your reply and i have one more query.
I have sales deed of the land and this flat is owned by the builder itself so there is no sale deed for the flat. Could you please tell me where should i approach to check these validity of these documents, if Gramapanchayat was not authority to approve building plans, then which was supposed to do this.

Hi Minto ,
As per my knowledge In gram panchayat areas the maximum permitted floor to space index (FSI) is 4 and one thinks that i want to say that Gram panchayats won't sanction building plans.as per your point this apartment is 8 years old so check the sale deed paper and check properties document for more clarification.
