Hello....Gramapanchayat approved apartment
Q: I liked an 8 years old apartment in Horamavu, approved by gramapanchayat and its in fourth floor. Is there approval restriction for gramapanchayath to approve four storied apartment. Thanks in advance for your valuable time and input.

Latest Answer: Hello Daksh, Thanks for your reply and i have one more query. I have sales deed of the land and this flat is owned by the builder itself so there is no sale deed for the flat. Could you please tell me where should i approach to check these validity of these documents, if Gramapanchayat was not authority to approve building plans, then which was supposed to do this.

Latest Answer: Hello Srikanth, Which is the project you are talking about and by which builder? You can ask the builder to give to you a copy of the documents and you can cross check the documents provided by the builder with the help of a legal expert
