hi i want to relocate to thuraipakkam from mogappair . what about the project ASHRAYA by BBCL.. During the time of floods what was the condition over there. i heard even snakes comes inside the houses. is it good idea to invest in that area?

Banks like HDFC, SBI, LIC and Axis are providing home loan for the project. There will be 158 units with a combination of 2 and 3 bhk apartments and 5 blocks.

Thoraipakkam is one of Chennai’s fastest growing localities, connecting major IT companies to Chennai city and is located on the Old Mahabalipuram Road (OMR), the first six lane road on Chennai, also known as IT Expressway. As a huge number of IT companies like Cognizant, TCS, Amazon, TVS Infotech and other have established their operation here, the real estate skyline has drastically changed.

Thoraipakkam is a good location to live. It is a developed area. Most of the IT Hubs and IT companies have been launched here. Many fast food joints like KFC, Dominos & others have put up outlets there to cater to the growing need. Thoraipakkam is becoming a self sustained locality and there is no need to go to Adyar for any needs.
