There are two types of payment plan in this project: Plan A: Construction Linked Payment Plan

7 On start of electrical work 10%
8 On start of electrical work 10%
9 On start of plaster 7.5%
10 On start of Flooring 7.5%
11 On offer of possession 5% 100% Add. Charges (if any) + Stamp Duty + Registration charges + other charges.

Location advantage which you are going to get is the project is well connected, it is just 5 mins from NH8, 30 mins from Gurgaon, New Delhi is just 45 mins drive from Bhiwadi and 45 mins from International Airport.

The plot size in this project is 140 sq yards and the unit area is 1000 sqft. The rate per sqft going on in this project is Rs 14,000 and the property in Ground Floor will cost you Rs 19.90 lacs, property in first floor will cost you Rs 17.90 lacs and property in second floor will cost you rs 18.90 lacs.
