Hi Akash,
As per builder ,you have to pay 10% on booking, then within 30 days again 10%. On Excavation & foundation Raft casting 10%.Then on Ground floor, Fourth floor, Eighth Floor,Twelfth floor, Fourteen floor & on Top floor casting 10%. On start of Plaster work 50% + 50% of other charges. On possession 50% other charges.

Hello everyone,
I am a investor and in my point of view before doing any investment we must know about the price trend of the location(Tech Zone-4).So as per my sources in 2011 1950/sq-ft was the price in Tech Zone 4 but now in 2014 it is 3300/sq-ft which tells it self about the price trend of this location & how it is increasing.
My opinion will be -It is the best location for investment as well as home buyers .Appreciation will be high surely .

Adding to my previous discussion , i must say that it is a nice project for investors and home buyers. As it is located in Tech Zone-IV, Greater Noida which is very near to hospitals ,schools & Banks etc .
It is just opposite to Gautam Buddha University, Buddha International Circuit (F1 Track). It is just 5 km away from the Tech Zone.
Fortis Hospital,Yashoda Hospital, Columbia Asia Hospital are some of good hospitals nearly 7 km distance from this location. Banks like State Bank of India, Syndicate & IDBI banks are very near to this location.Tech Zone is a very prime location in Greater Noida. All the facilities like school, mall, market, bank and ATM are available in this locality. Transportation is also very easily available in this locality.

Yes I know this project .I was waiting to purchase 995sq-ft 2bhk. So i spoke with their executive asking about approvals and locality. So here i am sharing some details.

The greater noida authority & Yamuna Expressway Authority has approved the plans and other paperworks are in place. Banks like HDFC and ICICI are funding , there are some nationalized banks like the Bank of Baroda & Axis Bank , State Bank of India that has given out home loans.
