Hi Ravi,I am planning to purchase a resale flat at saroj symphony,came to found that there is some rajakaluve issue and its on bbmp site under encroachment of storm wate drain list? Is it safe to invest in the apartment?

Hello Kukku, What is the legal issue with this project? Because I heard that project by Saroj are usually good. One of my relatives' stays in Saroj Aquila and they are happy with it.

have ur relatives obtained Occupancy Certificate?? has the builder obtained commencement Certificate..... have u verified frm any lawyer about deviation......i am not in bangalore so before i select some projects to visit i need to confirm ..........have u contacted any lawyer?????
