Hey there, these apartments are really nice. Although it might take quite sometime to avail it, I'd suggest you wait coz these are one of the best apartments in Singanallur. The Purva Amaiti offers 2 BHK apartments that would cost anywhere between Rs 49.64L to 50.62 L while the price of the 3 BHK apartments would be anywhere between Rs 61.17L to Rs 69.24 L. These apartments are really worth the wait because they provide you with the best amenities for a reasonable price. The best place to reside with your family in Singanallur.

Hi, the Purva Amaiti apartments are the best. They will be ready for possession from December 2017 onwards. Although you have to wait for quite sometime to avail these apartments I'm sure you will definitely like this place. If you are in no hurry, then I'd suggest you wait and go for these apartments. The Purva Amiti in Singanallur offers 2 and 3 BHK apartments which are quite spacious and beautiful. If you want to move in here with your family then this is the best place I could think of.
