Hi and welcome to Kochi! Kadavanthra is one of the city's main residential areas, apart from being the hub of commercial activities. The connectivity to this area is excellent, the Kadavanthra junction links 3 main roads of the city, which means you can easily get around to MG Road, Palarivattom, Edapally etc. If you have children, you can be happy because Kadavanthra has a number of top ranked schools and colleges. Reliable hospitals like the Indira Gandhi Co-op Hospital, Medical Trust etc are very close by. The main KSEB office, GCDA, post offices, railway stations are all easy accessible from Kadavanthra. Public transport is available by means of autos and buses that are on the go frequently. Restaurants, shopping stores, ATMs, banks are also located in the neighbourhood.

Hey, I agree with them. Kadavanthra is one of the most rapidly growing areas in Kochi city. If you want to invest in an apartment here, no would be the right time as the prices will just keep shooting up. Currently, you can acquire a 3 BHK apartment for around Rs. 48 - 50 lakhs which is not hefty when you look at the current market prices. Kadavanthra is youthful and lively, but not chaotic. Kadavanthra is home ground to many of the Kochi's official buildings, prestigious schools and colleges, hospitals and also, the Rajiv Gandhi Indoor Stadium (RSC). South Railway Station is the closest, just 2 km away. Autos and buses are available all the time from the various auto/bus stands in the area. All other facilities like ATMs, banks, restaurants, cafes, shopping malls, supermarkets are all in the vicinity. There is also a post office just one kilometre away.

Typically, Kadavanthra is the heart of Kochi as it forms an intersection that connects three main roads of the city and is home to many of Kochi's top offices/instituitions. Kadavanthra has many residential projects, where the price for an apartment is averaged at Rs. 3800/- per sq ft. Public transport is easily accessible with n number of bus stops and auto stands in the area. The South Railway Station is just 2 km away. The airport is around 30 km away and you can get there in an hour by car. Famous schools and colleges such as Bhavans Vidya Mandir Girinagar, Toc-H Residential School, St. Teresa's College, Chinmaya Vidyapeet are all very close by to Kadavanthra. Anything else you need - ATMs, banks, hospitals, department stores, restaurants etc is in proximity.

Hello there :) firstly, welcome to Kochi! I have lived here all my life and I can vouch for the development the city has seen over the past many years. Kadavanthra is a good choice of place to live in, as it is a main city area. Kadavanthra junction links 3 main roads of the city and hence is well connected to other major city areas like MG Road, Edapally and Palarivattom. There are a number of (completed and upcoming) apartment complexes here, and by current market prices a 3 BHK apartment would cost you around Rs. 45 - 60 lakhs, which is pretty decent. Kadavanthra is also home to many of the city's prominent schools and hospitals. Major offices (KSEB, GCDA) are situated here as well. Facilities like public transport, ATMs, banks, supermarkets, post office, restaurants etc are all in and around the area.
