Hello, are you looking for a 3 or a 4 bhk because the apartments have both the options. The starting prices of the apartments ranbge from Rs. 1.36 Crores to Rs. 1.43 Crores and they go up to Rs. 1.84 crores to Rs. 1.87 crores.

I am guessing the builders have put up less than 100 units up for sale in the apartment building and if you are looking for a flat in the gated community then you should contact the builders immidiately because the bookings for the flats are open.

Hi, I know that the apartments is a project of the SFS Homes, they are good builders and are in real estate business for the past 25 year and I think they have completed residential projects in Kochi and other cities too. So, SFS Beverly apartments should come out pretty decent.
