Hey there, if you are looking for a 2 BHK (immediate occupancy) you can check out the flats in Pratham Temple Bells and Pratham Nirmala. In both, the 2 BHKs offer you a ground space of around 1000 - 1200 sq ft. If you want a 3 BHK, then go for Vinyasa Bharati and the ground space here is around 1700 sq ft.

Ready to move in 2 bedroom apartments can be found in Pratham Nirmala and Pratham Temple Bells. The 2 BHKs in Pratham Nirmala is constructed on a floor space of 1000 sq ft and the ones in Pratham Temple Bells (the more recent project) is constructed on a floor space of approximately 1200 sq ft. Hope this information is helpful :)

Hey, I do not know of a 3BHK place. For 2BHK immediate occupancy you can take a look at Pratham Temple Bells and Pratham Nirmala. In Pratham Temple Bells the 2BHK offers a floor space of 1260 sq ft and in Pratham Nirmala a 2BHK offers a floor space of 1000 sq ft.
