I am planning for end use not for investment. My question is the price is reasonable or it is higher compare to the locality and quality of the project?

In the Jan-Mar quarter of 2014, the locality price appreciated to Rs 3284/sq. ft. In the April - June quarter of 2014, the locality price depreciated to Rs 3018/sq. ft.
The current price quoted for Bhawani Alen Encle is Rs. 3200/sq-ft. Seeing the current price trend it seems the price is too high for this project. Anywhere from 2800-3000/sq-ft is a good buy.
But one thing you should keep in mind that the area is not witnessing correct demand and supply scenario at present. Though its proximity to various major localities adds to the advantage of being a prominent locality and the rates of the property might catch up soon.
Hi Pinky, It is a good project by Bhawani Group. The project is expected to get completed by 2016 so I think by that time the property price will definitely increasing in this locality. Are you planning for investment or for end use?
