Hi Subhajit, Rajarhat Gopalpur Municipal has approved this project and HDFC, LIC Housing Fin. Ltd., SBI and ICICI are the leading home loan provider. There is no legal dispute with the project but yes the possession date which you have mentioned is not correct and it will be June'2016.

East Kolkata is definitely but the prices have already increased in these areas. For someone who has specific budget, Behala or Garia will be good options for them. Good appreciation in coming years.
