As far locality is concerned, Garia is a suburb located in the southern part of Kolkata. It has Jadavpur, Dhakuria and Golpary to its North, Narendrapur to its South and Mukundapur towards East. The suburb is located close to EM Bypass that connects it to the northern parts of the city and also to some of the newly developing areas like Salt Lake City and Rajarhat. The rapid infrastructural developments and good connectivity along with affordable prices has made Garia one of the most sought-after destinations in Kolkata. All the daily basic necessities are within the stone throe away distance. As a result of large scale infrastructural development and smooth connectivity, the demand of real estate in Garia is increasing. Average property price in the locality is Rs. 3600/sq-ft. depends on the locality and the amenities provided.

First of all, i would like to tell you that Rajwada Altitude has no 2BHK floor plan. It offers only 3BHK from 1320-1665 sq-ft. and its' current price will be Rs.4800/sq-ft. A 3BHK will cost you around Rs. 63.4-79.9 lakh onward.
It is a G+19 storey apartment consists 152 units in 2-buildings. Project is still under construction and expected to be hand over by December 2018.
Hi friends, But still i will advised you to be careful of builders. They are not in the market for social welfare, they are because for earning money. And we know that earning money is not an easy task. We have to make a lot's of calculation for that. Similarly, a builder do a lot's of calculation to get benefit from us.
So, before buying property anywhere in India, do all due diligence, check for legal approvals, civic issues in the societies, nearby basic facilities, location, connectivity to the rest of the city, current property price in the locality, builder's track record and then go for it.
I am buying a 2nd property with the company. They are good and in terms of their support and timeline. While there are so many companies in Kolkata and often there are complaints of delayed possession handover. I have not come across such pain with Rajwada Altitude. About the building materials I enquired and was satisfied with the quality of products they use.
Good to know that still few good builders are in the real estate market who are giving possession on time as well as using best quality materials in their project. But, we all know the current real estate market which is sluggish last 3 yrs. because builders have lost trust of the buyers. Possession delay has become a proud moment for the builders and at the same time, cheap quality materials have been used by the developers to earn huge benefits which common buyers have to suffer apparently.
