Hi, I want to know how much I have to pay for Covered Car Parking , Club membership & Development Charge? How is the Construction Linked Payment Plan of this project?

As per my knowledge, you have to pay 4Lac for car parking, 2Lac for Club Membership.Development charge- 474/ sq-ft.
Construction linked payment plan as follows :-
At Booking- 10% of BSP, Within 45 days of booking- 15% of BSP ,At start of Excavation work- 15 % of BSP+50% of DC. Start of basement work- 10% of BSP+50% of car parking charge, Start of 2nd floor- 10% of BSP+50% of DC, Start of 4th floor-7.5% of BSP+50% of car parking charge, Start of 7th floor- 7.5% of BSP+50% of All PLCs , Start of 9th floor- 5% of BSP+Club Membership fee, Start of 11th floor- 5% of BSP+50% of All PLCs, Start of 14th floor- 5% of BSP+50% of EEC,FFC&Power backup Installation Charges, Start of Internal Plaster- 5% of BSP+50% of EEC,FFC&Power backup Installation Charges, On possession- 5% of BSP +stampduty+Registration charges & other charges.
This Sector is a prime residential location in Gurgaon ,Which offers all daily basis needs in around it's vicinity. It is very decent locality with good environment. Water is supplied to this sector by Haryana Urban Development Authority(HUDA) & Electricity is provided by Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam (DHBVN).It is a peaceful, pollution free & hazel free traffic area.
