Can anyone help me with the approval details as in which all banks and legal authority has approved the project?

As far as I know the project has got approval from BBMP and you can avail home loan from banks like Axis and HDFC

Work on the upcoming residential project is yet to be started and is in its design phase at the moment. A sale able area of 6.5 lakh square feet has been estimated based on the design proposal of the residential project.

Grand West is still under pre launch and the project offers 2 and 3 bhk apartments and 4 bhk pent houses. The project is spread over 1.8 acres of land. The rate per sqft they are quoting is Rs 6500 After the launch they are planning to increased the rates

Yeshwanthpur is a developing locality having lot of residential activity along with infrastructure development projects. Yeshwanthpur is surrounded by densely populated localities such as Rajajinagar, Malleswaram, Mathikere, Jalahalli, Mahalaxmi Layout, Nandhini Layout and Sadashivanagar. There are many nice malls coming up here and this area has potential of high spending customers. Good connectivity, number of households and infrastructure make this area upcoming.
