Q: BPTP has stopped progress after taking 80% money from customers on their project Park Spacio at sector 37 D in Gurgoan. Every time you ask , they give stereo type reply that the contractor has run away and work will commence in few months time . looks they have diverted the funds and now simply misguiding the customers . Is their any way to handle such incompetent and cheater builder .

I have invested in BPTP Aistaire Gardens, Sec. 70 A Gurgaon. with 90% payment made, the possession is no where in sight. Visited the site today, and the work is stand still as it was 6 months ago when I visited last. Only some cosmetic work seems to have been done. hi, i took a floor in BPTP Amastoria project in sector 102 in 2011 possession was to be given in 2014 but there is no demand raised since march 2013 by which they took 90% of the money. on non payment of demand raised i had to pay at 18% interest today on asking they are silent. i took loan and i am paying pre emi since march 2013 staying in rented house with all my saving invested in BPTP., I think we have waited enough .is there any forming og group to fight for our right . I have invested my money on park specio project on may 2013 as Resale property. after that i have not seen any update in construction. I have called several times to BPTP and every time they told some diverting reasons.Now i am ready to drag these people to court for cheating people.
Hi Laxmipriya, As per my knowledge, before taking any legal step, you must cross check all your legal document. Even you can take help from a legal adviser/lawyer. He will check all legal documents.

Current price of this project is around 4000/sq-ft in resale. This project is located in Sector 37 D , situated between Badshahpur Jheel & Pataudi Road.

I invested in this project in 2011 and was to get possession in 2014. But its 2016 now and there is absolutely no progress in the project from last two years. Today I was talking to few agents in the area . They gave a very different story. According to them , BPTP sold flats to the customers up to 20th stories as against approval of 14th stories only . The work has been stopped and the matter is in the court . Till such time decision is given BPTP 's favor , the work can not restart. This is high time we all must unite and file case against BPTP for fraud and cheating to get our money back with interest damages.

BPTP is a cheater Builder i have invested all my hard erned money in Park Generation project and paying huge EMI every month to Bank . Builder has collected more than 80% payment already . There is no Sign of progress they are simply making coustomers fool. Request all to Form a Group and file a Case in Consumer Court against BPTP

Hi Vishwas, the same is the case with me. We should mobilize other owners also. The due date given to me was 30th June 2014 and they have already take 66% of the payment from me also. Now I do not know what to do. The best way is if we could have group of 50-60 owners and then we could file a case in Consumer court against them.

there is some issue in between contractor and builder few month back but now work is in progress. Sector 37D is good locality and project will give good return in upcoming yrs. If you think that builder is misguiding , please create community which is already invested in this project and ask for feedback. If all buyer have same opinion, file complain notes .
I also thought so . But after seeing the attitude of the builder it looks he has diverted the funds and simply cheating the customers . I appeal all the investors to form the community to launch battle against defaulting builder.
