How to handle BPTP , a non performing builder
Q: BPTP has stopped progress after taking 80% money from customers on their project Park Spacio at sector 37 D in Gurgoan. Every time you ask , they give stereo type reply that the contractor has run away and work will commence in few months time . looks they have diverted the funds and now simply misguiding the customers . Is their any way to handle such incompetent and cheater builder .

Latest Answer: Hello, I am planning to buy a 1000 sq ft. flat in bptp park spacio sec 37 D as i can see its in my budget of around 40L could anyone pls suggest me if its good option to buy.I am end user buyer.

Builder's team is extremely rude and arrogant
Q: I have bought an apartment with Ramprastha. In my dealings with them, I found their team to be extremely rude and arrogant. As an individual, I have always believed in civilised discussions to resolve differences. However legitimate requests for basic clarifications are met with disdain. The promises made at the time of sale are flatly and unabashedly retracted. Saurabh Rana and Ashish have set standards in impoliteness. They are launching new projects and it is important to share experience of previous buyers.
