Sarvawar Aravali Garden offers 1,2 and 3 bhk apartments. The area of the apartment ranges from 470 sqft to 1025 sqft. The price for 1 bhk apartment starts from Rs 9 lakhs, 2bhk starts from Rs 13 lakhs and 3 bhk starts from Rs 23 lakhs.

Thats great... How much they are quoting as rate per sqft and when is the project expected to get completed? Can I take bank loan from any bank?

The rate per sqft ranges from Rs 1900 to Rs 2400. It will take another 2 years for the project to get completed. Banks like PNB, LIC, SBI and HDFC have approved the project.
