My suggestion is not to buy from this builder. No value for their commitments. They actually committed to deliver this project in 2016 March and encouraged owners to register it in Jan 2016. One year is over. Till now no one got their flat. Every day they keep committing new dates. Customer care and marketing are the worse

1 bhk is 750 sqft, 2 bhk is 1010 sqft and 3 bhk is 1260 sqft. The project is spread over 12 acres of land and it will have 1008 apartments. It is 5 mins drive from BEL Circle. Construction is going on in full swing

Oh Okay... Its a good idea if you are planning to buy an apartment in this project because the price they are quoting right is awsum :) :) The project is expected to get completed by 2016 mid. The project is known to be approved by BBMP and by all national and private banks.
