Approvals pending since 1.5 years !!

Q: How can Hiranandani not get approvals for Queensgate and Kingston towers since 1.5 years !!

Something fishy ! litigation/Joint Venture trouble.

Even small builders manage to get approvals in 1-2 months.

As a person who booked a flat in Queensgate, Bannerghatta, I feel that it’s not important for us to discuss the fact that why such a big developer, Hiranandani took 2 years for an approval. Unless we know the exact reason, we cannot speak much on that. The important point is that they have started the work to complete the project.

Hey Guys, I booked 2 flats in Queens gate on 14.02.2014!!! I am really concerned about the whole thing and also the speed at which the construction is getting progressed!! Can anyone tell me if there is a forum which could bring this up to understand what exactly is happening with the approvals.

Hi Rajeswari, recently I enquired about the project and the concern person told me that the project is estimated to be completed by 2018 mid. What do you think will they be able to deliver the project by that time frame.

Couple of months back there was a news article which mentioned that there is a family dispute going on within Hiranandani between father and daughter and it is believed that she has taken a court stay on the Bangalore property to stop any construction until the issue is sorted out. Perhaps this might have something to do when they keep saying - we are waiting for approvals.
