Approvals pending since 1.5 years !!
Q: How can Hiranandani not get approvals for Queensgate and Kingston towers since 1.5 years !! Something fishy ! litigation/Joint Venture trouble. Even small builders manage to get approvals in 1-2 months.

Latest Answer: As a person who booked a flat in Queensgate, Bannerghatta, I feel that it’s not important for us to discuss the fact that why such a big developer, Hiranandani took 2 years for an approval. Unless we know the exact reason, we cannot speak much on that. The important point is that they have started the work to complete the project.
