Bannerghatta Road is witnessing rise in residential and commercial real estate. Many real estate developers invested their money in the locality. There was a rise in the sale of property in the locality which has led to a rise in average capital values along the stretch. The real estate is slowly growing in this locality so if you are planning to invest in this locality invest now you can expect appreciation only after 3-4 years.

The locality has many reputed IT companies along with educational institutions. Initially the road was merely used by the tourists who travelled to the Bannerghatta National Park but after the establishment of the IT Companies like Honeywell, IBM, Accenture, Oracle Corporation and many others, the road is loaded with traffic.

The Real Estate is also booming in the locality. At present, there are many popular and contemporary residential and commercial complexes.

Hey... What about the approvals from banks and local body? Where exactly is the project located any landmark?

It has got approval from BDA and banks like SBI, HDFC, LIC, ICICI, Axis. The project is located at Vijayabank Layout, off Bannerghatta, just 1.25 kms from IIMB.

Hi Dhiraj, The project is under construction and it is expected to get completed by 2015. The project offers only 4 bhk east and west villas. There will be only 10 units in this project.
