The project is in pre launch stage and it is spread over 7.22 acres of land, Ardenet Wind Song offers 595 units of 2BHK and 3BHK apartments.

wind song project is a very good project ,a value for money project in that area small builders with no amenities are charging around 4700rs pe/rsft
this project is designed by international architects and have partnered with other international organizations
for good service delivery
they are very successful in Hyderabad , they are entering Bangalore with a new brand catering to HNI market

The region is well developed and is easily accessible from the major destinations of the city. It is connected by the Road ways and recently the Metro line linking the prime localities is being constructed.

The region is gaining its importance for its Residential. So the Real Estate sector and the investment in the region has a good scope.

I have not booked an apartment yet but planning to book one. There will be 9 buildings and the price of the apartment starts from rs 57.64 lacs.

Amenities provided are 1) Indoor games facilities wherein residents can enjoy fun filled time. 2) Fitness corner and 3) Basketball and Badminton Courts.

No, the project is still in pre launch stage and they are planning to launch it by December this year. It has got approvals from BMICPA and bank approvals are under process.

The project is in pre launch but they are taking booking for which you have to pay Rs 5 lacs. The price going on is RS 5000 per sqft and the possession will be given with 30 months from the date of commencement.
