It is expected that the date of possession will be October-November'2016.

They are charging 15% of the total agreement value but Rs. 2 lacs as a booking amount and rest of the amount in 21 days. Other additional charges like covered car parking with 2 cars - Rs. 6.5 lacs and maintenance charges is Rs. 1.5/sq-ft.

It offers 2BHK in 1200 sq-ft, 3 BHK from 1800-2310 sq-ft. and 4 BHK in 2500 sq-ft. Current price per square feet is Rs. 6750. It is a stilt+11 story apartment consists 44 units.
