The project is still under construction. Can anyone update me when is the project expected to get completed and what is the current rates going on?

As far as I know the project is expected to get completed by end of 2016 and the price of a property here starts from Rs 1.21 crores on wards.

Booking amount will be 10% of the total agreement value and the rest of the amount in easy EMI.

Location advantages:- Nearest airport:- 19 kms, Bus stand:- 27 kms, Railway Station:- 13 kms, schools:- Aditya English Medium School, The orchid School, Hospitals:- Dhanvantri Hospital, Metro Hospital Physiotherapy Clinic, Eating Out:- Hotel Green Park etc.

It also has the planned infrastructure. These area has witnessed a rise, as responses are good especially the peripheral areas in Baner. Better infrastructure and existing social infrastructure has made this area a demanding location destination for home buyers looking for affordable homes.

It is heard that they are developing pent house too. May i know its price and possession date? What is the current status of the project? I mean booking is going on or not.

Yes, this project offers pent house from 1779-1966 sq-ft. and will cost around Rs.1.47 Cr onward. As per the conversation with the sales person i found that the date of possession will be December'2015.

Currently the project is in pre-launch phase and will launch soon.

Hi Aarti,
Total nos of unit are 832 in Rohan Leher Ph-2 and the current price quoted by the developer is Rs. 7770/sq-ft. The cost of a 3BHK will come around Rs. 1.08 Cr.

Yes, all the necessary approvals are in place as the project got approval from PMC. And almost all the leading bank such as HDFC, ICICI and Standard Charter are offering loan.
