It seems to me a first time builder and if I were you, I would stay out of this because I have seen enough first time builders fetching buyers with lower rates and then a couple of years down the line, you would get the shock of 50% increase in project. Not to say that these guys would be doing that, but why take the chance?
You are absolutely right Poonam, Even i found that their site is very confusing... project area is mentioned as between 6-12 acres. There is no site map (or at least I cannot find it) and the location map is very shady. If you wanted to buy a flat of this project better consult a good lawyer and then go for it. After all it is a matter of your hard earned money.
Hi, Current price is Rs. 1950/sq-ft. for 1BHK from 480-496 sq-ft. It will cost you around Rs. 9.24 lacs to 9.54 lacs, 2BHK from 856-978 sq-ft. is Rs. 16.47 lacs to 18.82 lacs and 3BHK in Rs. 20.21 lacs.
@Subhajit, Thanks for the price quotes, I am also seriously reading your warning. Any suggestions how to proceed with verifying the builders details and parameters. Given the high prices now of flats in the area, this seemed within range...
