As per my knowledge, AIPL Cattaro is one of the prestigious project created by four celebrated Indian couturiers & Advance India Projects Ltd . Each home has own distinct design unique features & surrounded by many amenities in Sector 70A,close to southern periphery road, Gurgaon. Project has 3 BHK & 4 BHK apartment .

Yes , this is an unique residential apartment project as Pramela said, with all world class amenitiesin Sector 70A Gurgaon. This project has 3 BHK & 4 BHK apartments, area ranging from 3359 sq-ft to 3786 sq-ft. Builder quoted price is around 12250/sq-ft. Expected completion of this project is around September 2018.
