Hi Zoya,
As per my knowledge, At the time of booking- 20% you have to pay as per down payment plan with 12%rebate.
Within 75 days - 63%+car parking+PLC,
At Possession time -5%+club membership along with other charges.
Applicable service tax is to be paid with every installment.

As per my knowledge this FDI Funded priject has Club House,Multipurpose Hall, Sports Facility,Kids Play Area,Swimming Pool,Gym, Landscape Garden/Park,24 Hrs Power Backup, Property Staff,Lift,Car Parking & 24 Hrs security.

Located adjacent to Buddh International Circuit. This project offers 2 BHK & 3 BHK apartment of area ranging from 1270 sq-ft to 1850 sq-ft. Builder quoted price is around 4000/sq-ft. Expected completion of this project is around August 2017. This project has twenty two floors & seven towers.

Yes, this Rs. 350 crore project is completely funded by FDI and is spread across 5.5 acre of land. Designed by renowned architect, MR. Hafeez Contractor & Landscaping and interiors are done by Integral Designs in collaboration with PMC consultant, who are also the construction partner.
