I have seen the project it is spread over 100 acres of land with 2 towers and it will have G+10 structure. The project will have all the modern amenities like Rain water Harvesting, Children's Play Area, Modern Gymnasium, Swimming Pool with Toddler's Pool, Multi Purpose Hall & Indoor Games and much more.

I was planning to go for a site visit in week sometime but where exactly is the project located and please share the booking amount and the super built up area of the project.

The project is located at Electronic City Phase I, next to Wipro Office. Booking amount they are quoting is Rs 1 lac. The project offers 2, 2.5 and 3 bhk apartments with super built up area ranging from 1055 sqft to 1490 sqft.

The project is under construction and it will take more 24 months for completion. It has got approval from BDA and all leading banks. The current rate per sqft going on is Rs 3400.

It is a good idea to buy a property in EC Phase I as the area is already developed and all big and branded builder already have their presence in Phase I.

The plus point of Phase I is that proper street lights, shopes are there and the roads are also better when compared to EC Phase 2.

• After two to three years you can expect good appreciation in Ananthnagar as the area is developing but in electronic city appreciation is dwelling high on every quarter.

• One can expect good rent in EC Phase I as 75 percent of IT guys stays at Phase 1.
