I purchased plot in gated community of Guruva Paradice and the site was showing ready to move in there website, also there sales person told that site will be ready for construction of house shortly, but it has been more than 9 month I bought property here, after February 2015 they have stopped all the development work in the gated community and also not answering to any quarries of investors, Company owners hiding from investors and not giving no concrete answer when the site will be ready to move in, they have been changing there office often also development work is ongoing in other projects but nothing in Guruva Paradise. These fraud Investors should be banned and should be put behind bars, we have this plot registered in our names, not sore what legal action we can take against builder has he has not given any deadline in written for completing development of the gated community, any suggestions are welcome.
Hi Arun, That is really sad but I think you should consult with your legal expert in this case and take necessary steps. Or all the owner who have booked a property in this project can form a group and talk with the builder
Please donot buy plots from Guruva properties, they are fake, they will fool people by saying that its A katha, but it will be actually B khatha. and they will not provide original documents for verification. Donot waste your money by visiting Guruva properties. I lost Rs. 3000 for legal verification and they will ask Rs.1000 to give back cheque. Beware of this fraudsters.
When I enquired about the project they told me that they have got NOC from BDA and A Khata will be provided. That really sad that they are fooling people.
Hi Akshay, Can you please tell me how long they took to give your check back ? I am stuck with them for 2 months and still not able to get the MD naveen to meet as executives lie saying he is out of station he is ill and hence cheque is not signed. they collected an amount of 1,00,000 as advance for me to get a copy of document for verification and then i found out that it does not have BBMP approval nor A Khata.
