Hi Rituraj, I have visited the construction site of Rudra Heights in Paharia and found the project to be very good. I spoke to the person on site and was very much convinced with the construction quality and the materials being used. Rudra Group has very professional method of working and they put lot of energy and focus on using "A" Grade building materials and better workmanship.
As far as project approval is concerned it is a VDA approved project and all the project related approvals are in place. Almost all the leading banks and financial institutions such as BOB, HDFC, SBI, Axis, Allahabad, UBI etc. are offering 80% amount as a housing loan.
Well Saran, Do you have any construction updates of this project? When is the expected date of possession? What is the current price per sq-ft. they are quoting?
@Vinu, Construction work has almost finished and some finishing work is going on. It is expected that the date of possession will be beginning of the December'2014.
Currently they are charging Rs. 4200/sq-ft all exclusive.
