HI Piyush, There are decent localities like Shastri Nagar, Tingre Nagar where you can rent flats and still go for work. Have you got conveyance of your own-motorcycle, car etc. Shastri Nagar and Yerwada are very closeby and even can call it walking distance.Tingre Nagar isa typical Middle class locality and is within three -four KM maximum to Yerwada. Rent in Tingre Nagar for a 2 BHK will be around 10000 -11000 approx with a security deposit of around 30-40000.
Hi everybody, I am planning to relocate to Pune by mid December'2014. My work place will be near Yerwada. I have never been to Pune before. Can you guys suggest me what is the best place to rent a 2 BHK which is economical. I am looking for a secure place with a gated community, good water and electricity service. Security is more important.
You are right Deepti, The area enjoy established infrastructure, proximity to important commercial centers and affordable property values. All these factors make Yerwada, a favorite destination for endusers to invest in. This locality offers properties at a starting price of Rs 20 lakhs. A 1BHK unit is available in the price range of Rs 20 lakhs to Rs. 35 lakhs while a 2BHK is available for Rs 40 lakhs to Rs. 50 lakhs.
Hi Shweta, Yerwada is strategically situated close to the city centre, airport, highways and most importantly several significant commercial zones which employ thousands of skilled professionals. It is very close to Bund Garden, one of the greenest zones of Pune city. Although Yerwada is still conventional in its set up, one can see a lot of re-development happening around the place. The area is also home to some reputed educational institutes and hospitals, police station, post office, playgrounds and gardens.
As per my knowledge Yerawada is an old locality is Pune and densely populated area. The area is good for end use purpose but I do not feel it is a good idea to invest in this locality as the resale value in this area will not be as good as Viman Nagar, Koregaon Park or Kalyani and even the area has slums. Current the rate is Rs 7000-Rs 9000/sq-ft, anyways the rates are on the higher side so I do not think the rates will increase so easily.
Hello Sir, Better visit the site and ask the resident owners regarding the issues. Because nobody can give you the exact information without visiting the site. Even there is no bad news in any site.
