I want to buy an apartment from this builder, feedback required

Q: I visited this property and it seems the project is in hanged state. guys please give feedback. nearby shops and people around the building telling that it delayed for more than two years.

Builders Geetha and Ram Mohan are fraud people behave rashly to customers and always gives false promises they are planning some new projects in Jigini area please do not buy from these idiotic people.

To all the buyers, never even think of investing your money here, both builder and the landlord are big time fraud, total false promises. Once payment is complete nobody is available to take the calls even.
Spc the guy named Ropesh , never trust the guy. Currently project is 70% complete and they are not willing to complete for another 2-3 years. Society members is thinking of taking legal action against the builder and the landlord. They neither have OC and CC certificate and they always promise to provide the same but they can't get it, please spread the message whoever is even thinking of investing here. BIG NO

Pleas think again before buying a property here... this lady builder is not concerned about completing the project at all, but only hungry for money. According to latest news which she is now also planning to build flats at the location where gym was originally planned. She has already occupy half of the B block ground floor space for her commercial space.... PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH THIS PROJECT. there is no doubt that this areas value will be increased in few years but only god knows when the project will get over... there are many ppl who have booked 3 years ago and still struggling to get possession.
