Hi Debanjan, Yes you are right about this .As per my knowledge, Special payment plan of Geotech Pristine avenue is like --: At time of Booking- 10% of BSP , Within 60 days of Booking- 30% of BSP , Within 1 Yr from the date of Booking or Completion of 9th floor Slab casting- 10% BSP , On completion of top floor slab casting- 20% of BSP , On completion of brick work- 10% of BSP , At the time of possession- 20% BSP+Lease rent+IFMS+Electric Meter Charge+Other charges(If any).
