How is the traffic in Kanakapura road? Can anyone tell me how the condition of the road is? Are the roads well developed?

The traffic volume on this road is less compared to the adjacent Mysore Road. The Kanakapura road’s condition is deteriorating as well as the traffic gives the people in the area nightmares. Once a lush green area, Kanakapura has become a bustling commercial suburb after it became a part of the National Highway 209.

When is the expected possession date and how is the connectivity?

The project will have 9 towers with 20 floors on each tower and the expected possession date is by 2017. It is 300 meters before Kanakapura NICE Road Junction, 5.5 kms from Metro Cash and Carry and 8 kms to Banashankari Bus stop.

As far as I know the rate per sqft going on in this project is Rs 6500. The booking amount for both 2 and 3 bhk is Rs 5 lacs.

The project will have 632 units with a combination of 2 and 3 bhk apartments. The size of the apartments ranges from Rs 1290 sqft to 1695 sqft. It is spread over 10 acres of land. The basic selling price ranges from Rs 80 lakhs to Rs 1 crores.
