Yes, they are providing 60 mtrs wide D.P. Road, 12 mtrs wide Service Road and 6 mtrs. wide internal Road.

Even i am planning to book a 2BHK flats of this project. What is the current price per square feet they are charging? How many towers are there in it?

Hi Sankalp,
I have a word with their marketing guys and he said that the current price is Rs. 4950/sq-ft. but it is negotiable. It is a G+23 storey apartment consists 6 towers for 650 flats.

When are they giving possession of this project and which all banks and financial institutions are offering loan for this project? Are all the approvals are in place?

It is expected that the date of possession will be December'2017 and almost all the leading banks such as Axis, HDFC, SBI etc. are offering loan for it.

Bhoomi Lawns Ph-2 is a BMC approved project and all the project related approvals are in place.
