Anyone who actually booked in NVT Vaksana, whats the final SFT rate you got and was any negotiation possible? They have a 50k cancellation penalty (if cancelled before registration) that most other reputed builders dont have, so need to be sure this is a good place (its for self occupation, not an investment). Any advice on the builders and if they are able to stick to their time commitments, are appreciated. Thanks, Ravi
