hey, i just stumbled on to this site. And i was elated that they received the clearance. There are ppl already staying in the A buildings, i believe. Any idea what is the delivery date of the flats for B and C buildings. 2 years before they said March.Anyone knows what the sales team promising now :/
Hi Krishna, recently I have visited the site and I found that some portion of the building is not constructed and also finishing work is going on, I think more that 6 months it will take for completion of the project.

Hi recently I have a word with the builder concerned person and he will say the project is almost complete and he assured that the project is handover within next 3 to 4 months but does not give an exact date kindly if you guys get any information please post. Thanks
I have talked with engineers they said they will complete there work by Nov-Dec 2015...add 3 months more for getting Possessions at least.....This is the final news
Hi, Thank you for the follow ups. @ ppl who have already booked : Most of our agreements mention Dec 2014 or March 2015 as the possession. Are we planning to request the builder for the interest on the amount we have paid ?
Builder's rep. said no compensation will be given. ( mentioned in our agreement Rs 5000/-pm after 6+ mnts delay). Neither they gave any reason for that.
Hello Mishra, I think if it is mention in sales agreement, then builder have to pay as per the agreement, go to the office and contact directly with the builder not his representative, he will misguide you...

Hi Saurav, Positive about this area is its distance from magarpatta, amanora, eon it park, koregaon park, kalyani nagar, pheonix mall, inorbit mall with comparatively reasonable rates. They are all in range of 3-5 Kms.
Negative about the project is Water problem. But hopefully it will be resolved in 1-2 years. Road construction already started but I think near Florida estate will remain for one more years. It's a patch of 50 meters but creates problem sometimes during morning hours.
