it is good in a way. You are far from the hhustle and bustle of city and traffic, but at the same time everything is accessible. And you can invest here for sure because Vadavalli prices will definitely go up. The weather is a key factor

That is not too far come on. Mettupalayam Road is like a km from Cape Town. NGGO Colony only no. You have Sri Lakshmi Hospital, Parth International School, are all within 3 km radius

It is in Cape Town area actually. You know, the Thudiyalur - Kanuvai road. That only. For anything you have to travel to mettupalayam Road

It is not very old. Sai Radha apartments came up in Sep 2013. And they have a 24 hour inverter based power backup and garden and security and all. Nothing fancy other wise.

Boss. I inquired very recently with these Sre Sai group. They said the set rate is Rs 3050 per sq ft for Sai Radha. That would mean Rs 27 to Rs 37 lakhs maximum for the house.

"That is ok I think. That much area. 880 sq ft can do for a small house if the family is small. Would come in inexpensive too. The average rate in Vadavalli recently was 3800 INR per sq ft.

Sai Radha is basically a flat complex with less than 100 units. All 2 BHKs only they are offering. The built in area from what I hear is variable from 880 to 1240 sq ft.
