As per my knowledge, SKN Pink city phase -1 is one of the plot/land project developed by the SKN Real Tech Pvt Ltd . This project offers 900 sq-ft to 4500sq-ft of plot. Builder quoted price is around 450/sq-ft. This project is situated in one of the prime residential location of Jaipur.

This project is just in side of NH8, which provided better connectivity . This area where the project is a better deal for those who want to invest in Plot. Definitely the appreciation will be high in upcoming days. If you are planning to invest then according to me it will be an ideal choice. Having many facilities ,amenities & situating near to NH , shows that there are chances of increasing the price in upcoming days.
