There's also a jogging track! My aunt lives in ark homes. she loves her apartment and doesn't have to worry about anything like inefficient water and electricity supply.

there's a garden, recreational facilities, gym, swimming pool, intercom, internet, wifi, atm, and library all in the premises of ark homes itself. i would love to live here..

yes, and for 3 bhk size is 1355 - 1510 sq.ft for 2300 / square feet. I think the apartments are quite spacious and extreemly affordable.
