Hey, moving to this place would be a good option because this place has a lot to offer. It would be an ideal place to move along with your family. Although it is a little expensive it is definitely worth the price.

These apartments are built with RCC framed structure and come with a two passenger elevator. Every dining, bedroom, and kitchen have quartz flooring.

Hi there! These apartments are definitely better than other apartments in Marine Drive but price wise it might not be a reasonable option. However taking up an apartment here on rent would be a good option.

If you are planning to purchase an apartment here then the cost of a 3 BHK apartment units range between Rs 1.25 crore and Rs 1.33 crore. A 4 BHK apartment unit would cost you Rs 1.73 crore.

The Prestige Neptunes Courtyard comprise 7 blocks with 17 levels in each. Each apartment on every level is designed very beautifully. This is the best option no doubt if you want to move here with your family.

These apartments offer facilities like private swimming pool and jacuzzis which is not present in any other apartments. Gym, club house, and Tennis court also adds to its appeal. An added advantage here is the beautiful view from these apartments. You will definitely love this place.

Hey buddy you could take an apartment here on rent. 3 BHK apartment units usually cost about Rs 30,000 per month and the rent of 4 BHK apartment units is Rs 55,000 per month. These apartments offer many good facilities so if you feel buying an apartment here is expensive, you could take one on rent.

Hi there, Prestige Neptunes Courtyard offers spacious, well desigined 3 and 4 BHK luxury apartments. It is not very expensive compared to the other projects in Marine Drive. A good option if you are moving in with family.
