Q: Hey guys I am planning to move to Marine Drive in a few days for my work and I'm looking for a place to stay. I heard Marina Majestic is a good place to invest in. Could someone tell me a little more about this project? What are the facilities provided here? Thanks in advance.

Public transport such as buses are easily accessible from this place. The high court Jjetty is right outside Maestic. There are a few metro stations which are also situated close by.

Apart from the amenities offered by these luxury apartments, Marina Majestic is in proximity to several hospitals, supermarkets, entertainement zones such as shopping malls and theatres.

The best part about these apartments is that out of 15 levels, 12 levels feature residential spaces while the other 3 levels are reserved for commercial spaces.

3 BHK apartment units here would approximately cost you anywhere up to Rs 1 crore and 4 BHK apartment units would cost Rs 2 crore. If you are moving in alone here then this would not be a good option.

I agree to this, unfortunately these apartments are not given out on rent. So staying here might be a little expensive.

Marine Majestic offers only 3 and 4 BHK apartment units. The asking price is pretty high though. Rs 7150 per sq ft is quoted I hear.

Marina Majestic offers 3 and 4 BHK apartments which are spacious and well designed. These apartments offer the best amentities from play area for your kids to health care facilities. This place offers good security as well. All in all, this place won't disappoint you.
