Booked flat at Hirani Skyview Kurla east

Q: Hello, i have recently booked a flat at Hirani Skyview Kurla east, which was a redevelopment project. The plinth work has started which will be done by Jan 2015. I have received allotment letter. Could someone advise what all things i should be checking to ensure my flat is reserved?

The date of possession of Skyview Castle is May'2017. And almost all the leading banks have approved this project for housing loan.
Location Advantage:- It is just 1.5 km from kurla station, 0.2 km from Nehru Nagar ST Bus Depot, Hospital, School, markets/malls and Petrol Pump are at walking Distance. Just 300 mtrs from eastern express highway, 10 min driving distance from the international airport via SCLR etc.

Hirani Skyview Castle by Hirani Group located at Building No-146, 147, 149, Nehru Nagar, Kurla East, Mumbai. It offers 1BHK residential apartment from 665 sq-ft. and it's current price is Rs. 12500/sq-ft. A 1BHK will cost around Rs. 83.12 lacs onward. It is a G+16 storey apartment consists 5-towers. is just walking distance from kurla Station well connected with SCLR and eastern express highway.

Hi Mr Rohan,
As per my knowledge, you should check clause for late possession. It will be better to include clause in a tripartite agreement, buyer, builder & bank. One more thing you should check that ,the developer have tie-ups with banks for home loan. Because a state-owned bank on the developer's board means the project is safe.
