Q: Hello, i have recently booked a flat at Hirani Skyview Kurla east, which was a redevelopment project. The plinth work has started which will be done by Jan 2015. I have received allotment letter. Could someone advise what all things i should be checking to ensure my flat is reserved?

As per my knowledge, you should check clause for late possession. It will be better to include clause in a tripartite agreement, buyer, builder & bank. One more thing you should check that ,the developer have tie-ups with banks for home loan. Because a state-owned bank on the developer's board means the project is safe.
