The northern zone of Bangalore has been glittering with growth and development as Thanisandra witnesses steadfast property values. Close to Outer Ring Road, the locality can be easily accessed from the Nagavara Circle. However, the commercial real estate market of the area is witnessing a slow pace, hence the commercial and office projects in the vicinity take a little more than longer to develop.

In tune with property investment, capital appreciation and rental yield both have equal significance. Quality developments in the region fetch the best rental returns, for instance- Zen Gardens, that fetches around Rs 65000 per month, in the name of rentals.

Has the BBMP/BDA sanctioned the plans? What are the Agreements that need to be signed?

Yes, the development plan has been sanctioned by the BBMP and the Approval number is BBMP/Addl.Dir/JD NORTH/LP/0427/13-14. The agreements that need to be signed are Agreement of Sale followed by a Sale Deed.

MIMS Renaissance is an ongoing project by MIMS Builder. The current rate per sqft going on is Rs 4000 and it has been approved by BBMP ( A Khata ). The project is expected to get completed by 2015 June and it is right next to Sobha City. The price of apartment starts from Rs 58 lakhs and all major banks has approved the project.

The project is located off Thanisandra Main Road, Bangalore. This is a Residential Development with G+4 Floors. There are 145 flats, 5 towers and the project is spread over 2.5 acres of land. The booking amount for a 2 bhk apartment is Rs 3 lakhs.
