On applicatin of booking- 10%,
with in 60days from the allotment- 85%,
At the time of possession- 5% + Other charges(If any).

Like Mr karan said this project is in a best location . I agreed with him. Builder quoted price for this 1 BHK apartment is around 3600/sq-ft. Expected possession of this project is around August 2015. This is Ghaziabad development Authority approved & Punjab National Bank is financing this project.

Yes Guys, I agreed with your views about the location of this project & how much it can affect this project. from connectivity point of view ,there is no issues. This project is very much suitable for long term investment. Rental appreciation in this locality is very high. Expected return in 2 year will be around 25%-35%.
