The key growth factor has been the development of IT Parks / IT SEZs on this side of the city. t has seen a huge amount of infrastructure development in the last three to four years. Being in close proximity to important social infrastructure like the airport, railway station, good schools and retail high streets, areas in the eastern part of the city have seen maximum growth in all real estate. So investing in this area can be fruitful :) :)
