locality review of Vazhakulam in Kochi

Q: Hello there, I am interested in real estate and want to invest in a land or property in Kochi. My friend told Vazhakulam was a good area to invest. But, I am not sure about the relevance of his statement. Can anyone tell me is it worth investing in a land in Vazhakulam? what is the price trend there. Is there any other issue related with the area? tell me.

Hey there, I would like to add that the area of Vazhakulam has some good residential pockets apart from the commercial areas. Moreover towards the residential areas, the people primarily depend upon farming. You can see a lot of paddy fields as well as farming areas in this area.

hey, you know the connectivity is one of the high points in this region. you can find that the Aluva Munnar Road passes through the centre of this locality. Moreover the Vazhakulam MES Canal Road also goes aside the Aluva Munnar Road, making the connectivity to the city very advantageous to the locality.

yeah, i agree to it. Moreover, the connectivity to this place is also quite good. The state highway 16 that is the Aluva-Munnar road passes through Vazhakulam. Vazhakulam has one more speciality in terms of sports culture. The people there give more importance to volleyball. The farmers primarily cultivate pinapple. Anyway, it is clear that you don't find much of a town culture there.

i dont know the actual market price of the land in Vazhakulam. But, i know that it is similar to that of the nearby area Pukkattupady, There the market price was around rs. 4321 per square feet back in 2013. The market trend for Vazhakulam is also similar as it is situated just adjescent to this area.

vazhakulam is a good place to live. There are many prestigious educational institutions in vazhakulam like Viswajyothi College of Engineering and Technology, The Bethlehem International, Carmel Public School, Infant Jesus High School, Chavara International Academy and so on. Apart from educational institutions, we can also find hospitals there like St.George's Hospital and the govt. hospital.

even if vazhakulam is in the outer part of ernakulam, there is good development here also. There are certain big apartment projects coming in this area like parthasaradhy signet arc. but, i think the cost of the land in vazhakulam will be lower than other parts of Kochi.

hi, vazhakulam is well known for its pinapple cultivation. It is almost separated from the city and is in the suburbs of Cochin. It is basically an agricultural place. Most of the residents are into agriculture. But, the developments and projects that are happening in this part of Kochi is very fast and rapid. Though investing in vazhakulam is not the best, but is not bad idea either.
